Ingredients
24 pairs frog legs
2 well beaten eggs
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cayenne
1/4 cup heavy cream (or curd + Lime juice)
1/2 cup flour
1 cup fine bread crumbs
4 cup oil
1/2 cup honey mustard sauce
Procedure
Split legs. In bowl, blend eggs, salt, cayenne & cream. Place flour & crumbs in separate bowls. Dust legs with flour. Dip in egg mixture & roll in crumbs. Heat oil to 375. Fry legs for 5 minutes or until golden brown. Place on a serving tray & serve with sauce.
