Remission & Redemption

Missing my Children

My soul, on the prowl
Pausing to lay out a trail,
of failure, defeat & fetid imagination
Comeuppance to my pride & wayward life
Behold, thy creation

A father moans for his long lost son
His heart flutters at the name of his creation
Emptied, transmuted, servile
Arms outstretched, profound agony
Behold, the emancipator

Perchance I graced the truth
Truth that bridges the chasm
Between this life and the next
Drenched in grace.
Behold, thy salvation.

Beauty and grace,
Salvation and glory,
Ascension of the created,
Crowned with glory & majesty
Behold, the kingdom

  1. Love it! I am looking forward to getting to know you through your blog! I am trying desperately to keep up but it’s getting harder. So, with that said, if you don’t see me from time to time and then don’t you’ll know why!

  2. Hey, I already moved my blog (Kizo Daniels’ Blog) from this old address to my new blog address: http://www.kizodanielsblog.com

I transferred your WordPress subscription to my new blog (that’s why it probably appears that you are no longer following this old blog address in particular), but you still get to see my posts on your WordPress feed (because you’re now subscribed to my new blog address), but I would love it so much if you could subscribe instead via EMAIL so that you get every post delivered in your mailbox.

Also, I tried to see if there was a way I could follow your blog posts via email but didn’t see the box for that. Kindly let me know if there’s a way I can do that. I’ll be setting this old blog address to ‘private’ soon.

Check out my new blog…and subscribe to that via email. Thanks.

  3. Hey Curry, don’t be insulted by this question, because you are outstanding in my book, “Why is Prashant Thomas’ Name there? Did he guest blog, or is his name there due to the imagery used?
Either way I love this. If you can answer do so. If you wish to omit the question do so, I don’t care. I care more about you.

      1. Yes, because I came across you before. And it was a bad beginning for us, my bad, trust me I know, sometimes I make big whoppers of mistakes. There is a part of me which is impetuous at times, dumb and foolhardy. I apologize for that. But glad to see what a wonderful writer you are. I will reblog this. Thanks for clearing that up.
