Promote your blog

Now that you started blogging… You have gotten over fears such as

What will people think?

Can I be myself?

What if people know who I am?

Will I be accepted?

If you have gotten over these fears… you must be wondering, how can I reach more people? With over a million blogs, people have gotten creative by giving out blog awards… Not the best way to go.. if you ask me, because ultimately it gives unlimited propaganda to the person giving out the award. I like to avoid those and refuse to participate in silly awards like that.

I like to keep it real. I am in no position or authority to give any one an award. But if you leave an interesting description of your blog, I will promote you. Every Fridayish… I make a blog post with a review of  all the blogs that have made it here.

It’s as free as it gets. You blog gets a visibility of  over 1000 viewers (on a good day). Why am I doing it?  because no one else is doing it !!!!

So what’s holding you back?

Leave me an interesting note on your blog. Take your time and think about what you want people to know.

If you would like to leave a description of your blog and its URL, please feel free to do so. Also if we have things in common, I will add you to my blog roll. Just scream at me to get my attention.

    1. Hi. My blog is called “Strengthened by Grace” at strengthenedbygrace.net. I am an Elementary School Principal, but more than that a devoted Jesus follower. I am currently blogging a series of devotions from Scripture that I am writing for some women in prison that I am discipling. God’s word is rich, encouraging and able to spur us on to love and good deeds. Thanks for giving me more people’s blogs to check out that have a kindred spirit.

    2. Hello! Thanks for the opportunity. My name is Chantel. I started blogging as a way to journal about my father. In September of 2016, I quit my career and moved my Bipolar father into our home. At the time he was placed into a psychiatric ward, so we had time to build an extra bedroom for him. It’s been a roller coaster of emotions. As time has gone on, I’ve realized that my Blog, https://chan727.wordpress.com/ has become more about my own emotions and the path this new role of care taker has lead me down.

🦅 SoundEagle is a garden of art, science, poetry, music, video, graphics, cartoons, animations, games and puzzles in a beautiful, dynamically syndicated press containing posts, buzzes, events and social media updates.

May you find ample enjoyment and meanings in perusing SoundEagle’s posts and pages, which, as you might have observed, tend to be polysemic, pluralistic and multifaceted, given that they often contain complementary prose, poetry, art, graphics, cartoons, animations, games, puzzles, music and video, sewn and strewn together synergistically as well as aesthetically, but whose denotations and connotations are left in your hands, in your eyes as a beholder, in your ears as an audience, in your mind as an interpreter, in your heart as a connoisseur, in your patronage as a reader, in your discretion as a fellow blogger, and in your whim as a free thinker.

Please feel free to leave plenty of your footprints, to share your thoughts and feelings, to join SoundEagle on a special quest of empathy and consilience, via wisdom and understanding, through discovery and appreciation. For those who have a playful or adventurous streak, your patience with wading through posts and pages will be rewarded by music and video as well as interactive games, puzzles and animations, all of which await your discovery and enjoyment.

SoundEagle hopes that you will find something to your liking, to jolt your memory, to pique your interest, to linger in your mind, to provoke a discussion, to question a paradigm, to gain new insights, to see from multiple perspectives, to become more holistic — something that provides the extra spark for you to be more enriched and consilient — something born of, or connected to, the interests of SoundEagle. 🦅

  1. Thank you for the opportunity! My name is Mark Evans. I am a student, teacher, director of a summer day camp, husband and father of four. I teach 1st -12th grade, and I do morning care for my school. So I have even learned to relate to four year olds, not an easy task. I write book reviews (Theology, Christianity, Christian Fiction, Ministry, Fiction, Children), devotionals (biblical exposition), and discuss evangelism and relationships (look for my “love people more than truth” category). https://handfulsofseed.wordpress.com

    1. Hey! Thanks for this opportunity of promoting my blog as I don’t have a single follower, like or comment. I’m almost 14 years old, in 9th grade and recently started writing it. It is basically a short story, book review, and life tips’ blog, but I intend to do vlogs and videos when I someday get a proper camera. My blog’s URL/name is : reviewread.wordpress.com
P.S. Desperately in need of some followers and viewers.

I would prefer not to scream, I would prefer to speak softly whenever it is possible to do so for when you speak softly and the person hears you, it is because they wanted to hear what you had to say and not because they had no choice. If you decide to promote my blog I would be honored, if you choose not to, I thank you for taking of your time to consider the thought.

You see I was a missionary, and on so many occasions the other missionaries and me had no idea how Jesus was going to work out our situation, but He did. I love sharing about how God leads us and cares for us, many times when we miss seeing His hand.

I have been blogging for about a year now. As a lighthouse aficionado, I visit, collect, and write about the inspirations I receive from these amazing beacons of hope. But these inspirations would be meaningless if they did not bring glory to the Light of the World, our Savior Jesus. You can read about some amazing lighthouse facts and their biblical applications at my Lighthouse Devotions blog. https://lighthousedevotions.wordpress.com

      1. That would be awesome. Thank you so much for this opportunity! How about this–or is it too long?

How do you react when your life is turned upside down? Join me on a journey and see how I have strengthened my faith to overcome trials and to find peace in Jesus Christ. You can go to http://www.joannmaxwell.com or fearlessinjesuschrist.wordpress.com for more information.

I was fearless. I had the world by the tail. I knew what I wanted and went after it. I was successful and felt good about my life. Enter Multiple Sclerosis. Enter fear.

Fear can be defined as an emotion caused by the belief that something is dangerous, likely to cause pain, or a threat. MS has shaken up my life and has caused me to believe that it, and the accompanying symptoms, is a threat to my well being. The fear is what I struggle with the most.

I was convinced that I couldn’t go on a recent trip around Seattle. I thought about the intense walking, the sun and heat, climbing up and down the amphibian boat we were to ride, and how fatigued I would get. I was concerned about being a burden and slow everyone down. My son lobbied hard and I decided to go. I am so, so glad I did!! It was a great day. We stopped to rest several times and of course visited a Starbucks!! The Ride the Ducks trip was awesome and lots of fun. I was definitely tired at the end of the day, but it was a wonderful reminder that I can still enjoy life, my family is here to support me, and I can “keep up with more able bodied people with a few simple adjustments; such as periodic rest periods.

Greif can be described as a response to something that has died, I can relate my MS experience to that definition. I have definitely experienced something that has died my health, independence, fearlessness, mobility, and confidence. I have to design my day with fatigue and mobility in mind. How many errands can I run and in which order will provide the best use of my limited energy? My overall sense of well being and my sense of who I am has shifted to being someone who is now disabled. Of course, with my vast experience working with children and adults with special needs, I realize that only my mind can make me truly disabled.

Jesus says: “I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly. (John 10:10) Paul states in Philippians 2:12 work out your own salvation with fear and trembling. I know I have been called to a life abundant. I also know that it takes a lot of fear and trembling. Does that seem contradictory? Consider my life story.

I have heard it said that our lives are like a kaleidoscope. Each time a kaleidoscope turns there is another beautiful picture of combinations of bright colors. And at the center there has to be light, because without light, the kaleidoscope would just be dark. Jesus is the center of my kaleidoscope and my life revolves around Him. He is also a light that shines through the colors that make them beautiful. He says in John 8:12 “I am the Light of the world. He who follows me shall walk not walk in darkness, but have the light of life.

Life takes strange, yet beautiful, twists and turns. Like each turn of the kaleidoscope. Whether it was dealing with a spouse that committed suicide, a divorce, a difficult relationship with a friend or family member, a job layoff and subsequent change or being on unemployment; my focus has always been on Jesus Christ to give me His perspective.

I am an intelligent, capable and strong woman who has done incredible things and has an amazing life. I will continue to keep my eyes on God and His purposes for my life. I will adjust and be stronger for it.

I am fearless because I am strong in the Lord and in the power of His might (Ephesians 6:10). I have the world by the tail because He that is in me is stronger than he that is in the world (1 John 4:4). I know what I want and go after it because I seek first His kingdom (Matthew 6:33) and I know the voice of my Shepherd. (John 10:16) I am successful and feel good about my life. Praise God!!

No I just started a few years ago, there’s no subject. I started doing an interpretive alphabet and slowly evolved into mandala-like objects. I’m terrible at choosing colors so everything is black and white shaded by the use of dots.

  17. I took up writing/rambling at the age of seven. However, I started up with this blog only a month back, not professionally but to satisfy my cores. Quixote’s Kid is something that reflects human behavior and surrealism via “theistic approach applied to sciences”. I’m sure you’ll be happy to read either of my posts because our imagination is the most powerful weapon bestowed upon us by the Almighty:
Personification of the moon and the sun is old-school but here I present it only uniquely, in a scientific way. Until Dusk.. – http://wp.me/p8iO5K-1D
‘Lasting’ sexual pleasures is not actually meant for everyone to seek. Kitchen – http://wp.me/s8iO5K-kitchen
Don’t let our Saviour fall scarce. – http://wp.me/s8iO5K-bluish
There are a few more literature works of mine that home the blog page; go through cautiously and you may end up answering the riddles, those questioning us of being what we are. May God bless us all alike.

  19. Thank you so much for doing this! It’s a wonderful way to support one another and learn about our different blogs. I have two blogs, one for my nonfiction and poetry and another for my fiction writings. I separated the blogs because my non fiction site, http://rightingnow.com, is mostly a site of inspiration and hope and my fiction writing, http://saidthecrazymom.com is a bit darker. I didn’t want to scare my friends and family or make them think that I needed an intervention! In the last three years I have experienced the deaths of my mother, my father, my husband, and the man I fell in love with after my husband. I’m still here, still believing, still living, still writing! I write because I must. I share because I want to help others and because I like the attention (at least I’m honest!). If someone finds my blogs on this list and drops by, please let me know you’ve been there with a like or a comment and I will click on and read some of your work as well! Lets support each other in our creativity!

  20. Thank you for this opportunity to share my website with you and your followers. My name is Paul. I own a classic style Mini (Mayfair) which we use to travel around the United Kingdom (UK). To date we have travelled to Scotland, Wales and a lot of England. We have had plans in the past to drive to Ireland, that has yet to happen.

I include my hobby of Photography in these ‘tours of the UK’ taking pictures of the many beautiful things we see on our journeys. The content on the website is predominantly those photographs with which I include text from Wikipedia and links relating to the visit.

I have written my thoughts on the places visited in the past, but not being a writer I tend to leave that to the experts.

  21. Pete Gardner here. I have two blogs that are both Christian in nature. I do my nest to post everyday on both of these, but sometimes that does not happen. And sometimes it’s ore than once a day. I post as the Spirit leads me.

The first is my poetry blog. Since 2010, I have been writing poems and songs for the Lord. He gives them to me at all times of day, and I do my best to get the words right. With well over 1,000 written so far, He is still speaking to me almost daily and giving me new material. I know they will bless you. These can be found at https://psalmistpetegardner.com. I also post poems inspired by the Daily Prompt here.

The second blog is currently a walk through the Psalms. I am heading close to Psalm 119 as I write this, and will be doing long chapter that in 8 verse segments. This is not a bible study as much as it is my personal reflections on what the words say to me. I trust the Lord to give me insight from my 35 years in ministry, and often end up challenging myself as much as I do the reader. This can be found at https://www.petertgardner.wordpress.com, There are also occasionally some personal stories and reflections thrown in here as well.

I would love to have you stop by my blogs!

I speak like a dork, but I don’t want to drive anyone away. I write what’s real, and nothing fake, so visit my blog whenever you need a break 😉

I am currently studying through Colossians verse by verse, and with so much packed in that epistle, it will probably continue for quite some time. I take the Bible literally and seriously, and seek in all things to bring glory to the Lord Jesus Christ, to build up believers, and to tell the gospel of the grace of God to the lost.

Writing and publishing helps not only me, but others, too. When you’ve won some hard lessons in life you wish to share them with a bit of humor. After all, with a sense of humor, most things are quite bearable. Problems seem not so huge and sometimes with a smile, they disappear, if only momentarily. So therefore, my posts and books are written for the upliftment and benefit of you and even your children, too.

Life is what you make it. Put on a smile and the world smiles with you!

I hope you enjoy my posts and be sure to comment and leave word on how you are doing in life. What makes you tick? What do you like to do? What’s your specialty?

Hope to hear from you soon…

Hi! My name is McKaia, and I’m a high school senior (about to step into the real world) and use blogging to share with my friends and family what living a life of Faith as a young adult is like. It’s hard to start a blog and have it become popular right away, but I think that for a younger audience a perspective from a teenager on such a deep and passionate topic is unique and diverse. I push to evangelize, inspire, uplift, and show my overall life of goal of having others see Christ in me. I would love a comment, advice, or follow. Follow me on a journey of a life worth living… a life committed to Jesus Christ.

My name is Vatsala and I am a college student and human being curious about the purpose of life. I am as lost in this race called life as most of us are. I wish to stand out of the crowd that wants to stand out. I like writing about anything that hits my mind and leaves me thinking for hours. Well I really don’t have a long long description of me and blog. In short, I am just an extraordinary person like every individual on this planet.

  43. Hello curryncode,
A little bit about me as I’d like to be featured in your blog as well, please.
I have had more than my share of hard lessons in life and only care to repeat the positive ones. Thus, I was inspired to write the book I AM SPIRIT as a guide for myself and others to achieve a life filled with more happiness and success.

Even though I was a certified teacher early in life, I fell prey to my own insecurities and lack of confidence to stand on my feet. I was running and searching but I was not looking. I became entangled in various religious beliefs and left my family and friends. Despite the many negatives inherent in the situation, I gained a comprehensive knowledge of the bible and its many interpretations. It was at this time I studied and received a Certificate in Christian Counseling. I also obtained my Masters of Education degree in Instructional Technology and decided to take a year off from teaching. It was then I found a method to the madness. I confronted the mistakes in my life and acknowledged my responsibilities for my own condition. I became more ethical and responsible for the future of myself, my family and friends. That’s when I gained the ability to make up my own mind regarding myself as a being.

Life began to be more fun and pleasurable for me. I gravitated toward writing and drawing and taking photographs of nature. I learned to look and listen more. I decided to causatively enjoy the ride and the journey. Deciding that I could make a difference in somebody else’s life, if only one person, led me to self-publish I AM SPIRIT. It is a self-help book that can be used all throughout the day. It starts with the many attributes and virtues we all have the potential of possessing and becoming.

No matter what religion, beliefs, or ideas you subscribe to, when you know WHO YOU ARE then that’s the proper footing to stand on. It certainly fulfills the sayings, KNOW THYSELF and Go Thou and Do Likewise.

“In seeking the Truth, we discover ourselves…In living the Truth, we define ourselves.”

I would love to introduce my blog 😄 Hello,my name is Sanchi Saxena and I am a 16 year old.Very often people don’t take my opinions and ideologies seriously because of one reason – My age. However I have decided to take this as a challenge and stand up for myself, and express my political views.Every country has it’s own ongoing political crisis and social concerns and on my blog I talk about the problems my own country,India faces. These problems are the ones that normally go unheard,or even if they are heard, they aren’t resolved.I voice the concerns of an ordinary Indian who undergoes many hardships and needs support. My blog is named Un-travesty because it features articles that are not a hoax and are not manipulate with, like how media usually manipulates data is order to make it appealing to the masses. I have written this blog in pursuit of parity or equality so that every Indian lives with dignity and receives the respect he/she truly deserves.

I have another blog, mainly focused on philosophy and spirituality, but I felt the need to be transparent at least about this. It shows what an addict is and can become. I am an esteemed, well-liked, generous, and loving individual who does the most horrendous acts when I am consumed by my addictions and believe me, the shame and guilt compound the self-hatred. So if peeking into the life of a depressed, pleasure seeking man in pain is something that might interest you, you can check my blog out. I leave nothing out. I just started this because I had to.

We are college students and we love God. We became motivated to start a blog about a year ago. We wanted to use our life stories to encourage and inspire other Christians (and non-Christians as well.) So, everything we write is somehow influenced by something we’ve experienced, seen, or been inspired by. The title “Grace and Glory,” is actually inspired by the idea that we are all flawed but God has taken our weaknesses and made something beautiful out of them, using them for His glory. His grace has brought us to where we are and we are forever grateful. The link to our website is gracegloryblog.wordpress.com

I’m a psychotherapist in private practice who tends to see life, spirituality and faith through the lens of psychology and neuroscience. I enjoy writing about the intersection between Christian life and psychology.
My journey began when shortly after receiving God’s grace I allowed myself to return to performance based worth/perfectionism and allowed that to fester into legalism. After experiencing the unconditional love of God and not really fathoming how unique and amazing it was, I embraced a God of my own making who was routinely disappointed with me and heaped shame upon my failings. My dysfunction and neuroticism found its home in many churches along the way until God slowly began to deliver me and allow me to truly wrestle with him and discover rest.

  69. Rogue Millennials (www.roguemillennials.org) is a blog by a team of young Christians who encourage people to live out their faith in their daily lives instead of just two hours a week on Sunday mornings at a certain building labeled “church.” We love to share stories about people serving God and living into their identity in Christ outside the walls of institutional faith. We also love to challenge people’s concepts of what Church can be, and how churches that feel “stuck in a rut” can pursue reform and get back on track. We especially work hard to give Millennials a voice when it comes to faith issues. They are not the future of the Church. They are it’s present, and we all lose out when we dismiss or ignore them!

  73. Hello! I think it’s awesome that you’ve taken the time to create a community to support your fellow bloggers!
My name is Celina and my blog is called, “Dear You, Love, Celina Kay”. It is a personal blog that details my life experiences and the lessons I’ve been learning along my journey this year. I am a strong believer and have found that this type of writing has brought me closer to Christ. You see, “Dear You, Love, Celina Kay” is written like diary entries, so I try to make it as honest as possible, without giving away the intimate details of my life. It started really as me processing to myself. So this “you” was really me, even though I am writing to all that read. God’s used my words to heal wounds within myself and I think even touch the hearts of a few that have read my posts.

I started writing over here on WP in January and was encouraged to do so after writing my best friend this short story for him as his Christmas present. My favorite type of writing has always been that of the creative and personal type, so this has been a really fun journey 🙂 I’m so excited to see how my blog grows as the year progressing. I release a new post each much and each month’s topic is just as much a mystery to me as it is to my readers hahah!

I hope you find the time to check it out 🙂

    Alright.
It’s pretty neat that you’re doing this sort of thing- putting the spotlight on others that you deem deserving. Thank you for the potentially nice lighting :’)

I don’t quite know how to explain my blog. I’m 20 years old hiding under the name Hurlwinds because writing as myself tends to result in me limiting what I will say. I created Hurlwinds on Twitter as a means to anonymously post poetry. However, for the last two years I’ve been dealing with addiction issues, making it difficult to put down the bottle and pick up a writing utensil. I’m only a month sober (for what feels like the millionth time) but my blog is intended to be a healthy release for myself.
I have had the domain for a couple of weeks now, but my own self doubt has prevented me from opening up and writing a post until today.
I’m hoping I write daily. I’m hoping it’ll keep me sober. Because bottling shit up is my problem and I don’t want my hands on any sort of bottle ever again.

A few months back I began to write a blog called The Glorious Wife which is about women submitting to their husbands. https://pamelaparizoauthor.com/ I began this blog out of exploring Christian marriage, and with the overall theme of agape love, exploring the role of submission within marriage, what it means, what God intends for marriage, and how modern society has fallen away from what God ordained for marriage. I call it the Glorious Wife, because woman is intended to glorify the husband, just as the Church glorifies Jesus.

Oh yes, Married Poppins, there is a reason why I chose this name, it is mainly to promote the concept that Marriage is not a doomed fate to your dreams when you strive hard no situation is impossible to cross. I write funny blog posts and some pretty thought-provoking ones too.

I hope they make you laugh, cry, spit your food or at the least tickle some giggles out of you and capture your heart because I wrote mine out in every single post.

Visit my blog and catch a glimpse of my world. ‘coz…
    I’m Married Poppins Y’ALL! *

  88. That’s an interesting idea, Monsieur c&c. It’s a nice impulse, for someone with many readers to pursue. I will give a try…

I have two blogs; one is technical: https://hearingtheoracle.com/ – about databases mostly. But I have no interest in pulling readers towards it.

The other I do, it is here: https://skirmisheswithreality.net/

These are my aesthetic thoughts and other things I particularly care about. I avoid politics mostly, but care much about the deeper questions of our day, many of which are also the deeper questions of many other previous days. But sometimes the present context is unique and can shed light on the matter. Were I to pick a single reason I launched it, it would be in reaction to the scientism and materialism which is choling the way we see things. I often use the essay form to approach these. Lately though, I lapse more and more (rise more and more?) into poetry to discuss what I sense. Even in essays, I try to be open-ended. My goal being more to provoke certain questions than to answer them.

I guess that is enough — you can go look and see. 🙂

You can use the ‘Selected’ tag if you want to find things which I particularly like.

But don’t take that too seriously, because my opinions fluctuate.

    Thanks Much!

  89. My blog is Watching Daily At Wisdom’s Gates, a quote from the book of Proverbs in the Bible. It’s “a Yorkshireman’s take on life, death, and eternity”. Basically it’s mostly made up of short devotionals on Bible verses I read each day, or other more random posts of stuff I’m thinking of. Hope you enjoy! 🙂

  90. I’m Crystal, and after a long blogging hiatus, I just started writing again over at “I Think It’s Time to be Happy Again”, where I’m detailing and dealing with the recent discovery my unfaithful husband was not at all who I thought he was.

  92. Hi 🙂 I’ve created a blog called Second Chance. I used to blog two years ago, then school happened 😁 and I stopped being consistent. A few days of emotional instability later, I had deleted my blog. Something I regret doing and not at the same time.
Anyways, the link to my blog is: getsecondchance.wordpress.com

Most of my posts are extremely random, and I mostly treat it as a journal when I need to vent, but I know that some people find that interesting 🙂
Also, thank you for this opportunity.
